In our opinion, though, it is good enough to eat on its own!&amp;nbsp; For a snack or light meal, focaccia can be topped with tomatoes, basil, caramelized onions, olives, cheese, and a number of other delectable toppings (many of which can also be placed on the bread before it goes into the oven and baked right onto the top).&amp;nbsp;
